Key applications: Elephant Column Crane for lifting, positioning and manoeuvring heavy stone slabs and worktops where reach, flexibility and obstacle avoidance are essential.
Suitable for use on the following stone types: Stone slabs, Worktops and heavy components within the stone fabrication process.
Instructions for use: Install the crane in either floor‑mounted or wall‑mounted configuration as specified. Use the articulated jib and two‑speed hoist to lift and position slabs safely. Rotate the arm up to 270° around machinery or obstacles. Ensure operating pressure, load limits and workspace clearances are observed at all times.
Additional information: Floor‑mounted version includes a painted steel column, disc brake, electrical unit with ribbon cable and cable holder.
Wall‑mounted version includes a mounting bracket, articulated arm with disc brake and integrated electrical unit. Standard height is 4m but can be manufactured to suit factory requirements. Anti‑rust treated and finished with two coats of enamel for durability.
