Instructions for use: Dilute Flocculant to a 1% working solution. Dose at approximately 1–2% per volume of wastewater, adjusting based on loading. Conduct small‑scale tests to determine the correct dosage.
Additional information: Because Flocculant is water‑based, it is easier to handle, dilute and rinse away if spilled. It is common to add to much product, a simple test method is recommended: drip the product into a cup of water using a pencil, stir until the mixture thickens and clears, allow to stand for five minutes, then stir again to “condition” the solution. When testing on wastewater samples, add the conditioned product drip by drip while stirring until flocks begin to form. Correct dosing takes practice and depends on both dose rate and stirring energy.
