Instructions for use: Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, dry and free from dust, grease or other contaminants. Old silicone should be removed using a silicone remover. Fill any gaps or voids with Expanding Foam or suitable backing tape or rod. Cut thread and then the nozzle to the required size.
Proper application of silicone is essential to ensure durability and performance. We recommend following best practice installation methods, including maintaining 5-6mm joints for flexibility, using a 45° angle smoother to achieve an even finish and reduce the risk of mould build-up, and widening the nozzle to minimise air pressure and apply a consistent bead. Incorrect application may compromise results. For further guidance or support, contact us or arrange training at our Innovation Hub.
