Extremely compact and economical, the LCVs are edge polishers very simple to use, install and maintain. Particularly suitable for those with limited space and production needs on more common thicknesses of 2-4 cm. They do not require foundations or slopes for water discharge.
LCV-ST is a particular version of LCV. The axis of the polishing heads is tiltable from 90 ° (for the normal straight edge up to 60 mm thick) to 14 °. This feature makes it possible to shape and polish Hollywood Bevels for door thresholds, as well as any flat inclined edge up to 30 mm thick.
The electronic control of all parts guarantees very high precision in the calculation of the geometries, leaving the operator only to enter the desired measurements.
The special LCV with adjustable polishing angle from 90° to 14°, designed for flat edges from 1 to 6cm thick and for door and window thresholds.
7 polishing heads (up to 9 on request) and 1 + 1 chamfers (up to 3 + 3 on request). Ingoing and outgoing functional units on request to perform various jobs (drip cutting, calibration, shaping etc).
The tiltable mandrels beam allows to polish inclined surfaces from 90° to 14° (and any intermediate inclination) for door and window thresholds.
Electronic management of the pneumatic mandrels through PLC (process start and end management; advances and delays for each mandrel) with touchscreen control.
