Helix Drills

SKU: Helix Drills

Innovative and revolutionary diamond glass tooling developed by Diamut, and available exclusively from Stonegate. The Helix drill works with dedicated software on Intermac CNC machines to drill four different types of holes (single, ground, top countersunk and bottom countersunk) on monolithic glass, no matter the thickness. Designed by glass tooling specialists, the Helix drill cuts in a helical pattern, as opposed to vertically, leading to a much cleaner cut and none to very little blowout. Using it on your Intermac CNC means you save time having to move it from the machine to another, it makes the process simpler and it also hugely reduces the risk of breakages during handling as you move it around your workshop.
