Tested to Perfection
The Infinity CNC profile tooling range has been developed with feedback direct from fabricators. Our specialist Technicians and NPD team have then worked with the manufacturer to design a tool capable of delivering all of these outcomes on worktops and sinks. The Infinity range has undergone extensive and rigorous testing in our purpose-built Innovation Hub workshop to ensure that they really do deliver what fabricators need them to. This has resulted in speeds of up to 7 metres per minute, meaning a sink can now be produced in around 66% of the time it would usually take. The table below gives a good indication of what can be achieved with Infinity over against standard profile tooling, when paired with the Stonegate Optimo set-up service.
Long Life
These super accurate tools were intricately designed to withstand incredible amounts of usage. Due to their incredible durability, Infinity tools work perfectly on soft and hard materials, whilst maintaining an excellent condition for a much longer period.
Flawless Finish
Another key aspect of the Infinity range is the polish it delivers. Often fabricators face a struggle with having to rectify or improve the finish in the hand-finishing department, after it comes off the machine. With the bond that we’ve developed on Infinity profile tools, you can achieve a flawless finish straight off the machine, meaning there’s no need for time-consuming hand finishing – saving you time and money. Not only that, but you get the same lifespan as standard CNC profile tools, even at 7 times the speed.
Versatile
We’ve also found during our testing and from initial feedback that Infinity profile tools are suitable for use on all materials – even on those notoriously difficult to fabricate such as ultra-compact surfaces, including Dekton, Laminam, Neolith, Marazzi, Lapitec and many more. We have a huge range of profile shapes to choose from in the Infinity range, including favourites such as bullnose, triple pencil and much more, which means fabricators can cater to the tastes of all of their customers.
